How to Get to Boracay
Getting to Boracay is straightforward, but since the island does not have its own airport, all visitors must first fly into either Caticlan or Kalibo before taking a ferry to the island.
For International Travelers (Including the USA)
There are currently no direct flights from the United States to Boracay. Most travelers fly into either Manila (MNL) or Cebu (CEB) first, then take a domestic flight to Caticlan.
A common route is:
- Fly to Manila or Cebu.
- Take a domestic flight to Caticlan Airport.
- Transfer to Caticlan Jetty Port.
- Board a ferry to Boracay Island.

The fastest and most popular route is:
- Fly from Manila to Caticlan Airport (approximately 1 hour).
